Within moments of completing your online order, you will receive an automated email containing download instructions.  You have five downloads (in Adobe pdf format)--no problem if you need more download opportunities--just let us know.  We suggest you save the exam to your device and print out the exam.

If you created an account when you placed your order, you can login and access your exam and orders here. If you didn't create an account (i.e., checked out as a guest), we'll email your exam. Click here.
 

Submit your exam answers online. Two ways.

These instructions are also located on your exam cover page in the lower right corner.

1. Directly in your web browser. Launch the URL on the cover page of the exam.
2. Scan QR code on the cover page of the exam. Select ‘open browser’.

With either method, enter your email address (where your exam results and certificate of completion will be delivered).

A new window will open. Enter:
1. Your email address--where you would like to receive your certificate of completion.

2. Create a password that allows you to save and resume your exam and locate your exam results and certificate of completion.
